Fitzroy Residence

We completed the electrical works for this carefully considered Fitzroy residence, supporting the restoration of the original Victorian-era home while integrating modern lighting and hidden power throughout the renovated and extended dwelling. The project transformed the existing four-bedroom home into a refined two-bedroom residence, with a strong focus on connected living spaces and a seamless relationship between the original home and the new rear extension.

We worked closely with the Black Door and Flack Studio teams to integrate lighting, power and associated services into the design, with particular attention to the home’s bold material palette and distinctive interior finishes. The installation complements the contrast between the restored Victorian detailing and the contemporary additions, delivering a clean, considered result that supports the character, function and design intent of the residence.
